The portal page is admin-only. It's where you configure the client portal — who has access, what forms you collect, and what's been submitted.
Tabs on the page
- Overview — at-a-glance KPI cards covering portal users, active form templates, and outstanding form requests.
- Portal users — a table of every contact who has portal access.
- Form templates — read-only viewer for each template, including the fields table and a live preview.
- Form requests — submissions that need internal review.
Common admin tasks
- Invite a portal user. Search for the contact, send the invite, and the contact gets an email with their portal credentials.
- Resend an invitation if the original email expired or got lost.
- Suspend a user to revoke access without deleting their record. Reactivate later if needed.
- Remove a user when access should be permanently revoked.
- Send a form request to a portal user — they'll see it on their portal next sign-in.
- Open a form template to inspect its fields and how it will look to the user before sending it.
Tip
Suspend rather than remove for staff turnover at a customer — if the same person comes back, you keep their submission history.
