The goals inbox is where you review agent proposals before they take effect. Anything routed to Advisory or Supervised lands here first; Autonomous actions skip the inbox.
What you'll see
- Pending — proposals waiting on a decision.
- History — proposals already approved or rejected, with the decision and who made it.
- Shadow — proposals from goals running in shadow mode (evaluating but not acting). Useful for reviewing what a goal would do before flipping it on.
How proposal cards work
Each card shows:
- The goal that generated it.
- A summary of the proposed action (e.g. "draft email to John Smith").
- Approve and reject buttons.
The page auto-refreshes every 30 seconds so you don't need to reload manually.
Tips
- Don't let the inbox stack up. Old proposals are stale: the underlying record may have changed, the moment may have passed, or the customer may have already replied.
- Reject with intent. A reject signal is a calibration data point — the agent learns from it.
- If the same proposal keeps getting rejected for the same reason, the goal's condition or filter likely needs tightening.
