The notifications page is your in-app inbox. It collects every event Vertiqa pushes to you — task assignments, won opportunities, mentions, and other system events.
Layout
Notifications are grouped by recency:
- Today — events from today, at the top.
- This week — earlier in the week.
- Earlier — older items.
Unread items are visually distinct from read ones, with an unread counter visible from elsewhere in the app.
What you can do here
- Mark a single item as read by opening it.
- Mark all read to clear the inbox in one move.
- Toggle unread filter to focus on what you haven't seen yet.
- Load more older items at the bottom of the list.
- Click into an item to land on the underlying record (the task, the mention's source, the won opportunity).
Notification types
Common types include:
- task_assigned — someone assigned you a task.
- opportunity_won — a deal closed.
- mention — someone @-mentioned you in a comment or note.
- Plus event-specific notifications from the modules you use.
Tips
- Treat the unread filter as your inbox-zero target. If there are too many items to triage individually, mark all read and start fresh — important items will resurface as new events fire.
- Don't rely solely on notifications for follow-through. The authoritative list of your work is on the tasks page.
