The daily brief is the life-insurance agent's start-of-day view. It pulls the most urgent items into one place so the agent doesn't have to triage across multiple lists.
What's on the page
- Summary cards — top-of-page metrics with icons (counts, dollar values, key indicators).
- Task summary — overdue, due today, and upcoming, so you can see the day shape at a glance.
- Prioritized action items — the specific cases the brief thinks matter most today.
- Pipeline distribution — chart of where your active opportunities sit by stage.
How to use it
- Open the brief first. Clear overdue tasks before anything else.
- Work today's tasks in priority order.
- Use the action items as cues — they're not assignments, they're suggestions of where attention will pay off.
- Glance at pipeline distribution: a stage that's empty or stuffed is worth a closer look.
Tip
Use the Refresh control to reload the brief if you've completed work in another tab and want the brief to reflect it. The page is generated server-side — refresh re-runs the brief.
