The meetings page is your view of every scheduled, completed, missed, or canceled meeting. Use it to plan the week ahead and to record what actually happened.
What you can do here
- Toggle list ↔ calendar view. List is best for sorting and bulk scanning; calendar is best for seeing your week at a glance (day, week, month layouts available).
- Filter by status — scheduled, completed, missed, or canceled.
- Create a meeting with title, time, location type (call, video, or in-person), participants, and an optional related entity (account, contact, opportunity, project, or task).
- Open a meeting to update its status, add notes, or cancel.
Statuses
- Scheduled — on the calendar but hasn't happened yet.
- Completed — the meeting took place. Mark this when you log notes.
- Missed — the meeting time has passed without anyone marking it complete.
- Canceled — explicitly canceled with a reason.
Tips
- Link meetings to the relevant account, opportunity, or task. Activity shows up on those records' timelines, which is what reporting reads from.
- Mark missed meetings honestly. Forecasts and capacity planning depend on it.
