The business cards settings page is admin-only. It governs how every card in your organization looks and what happens when someone scans or visits one.
Tabs on the page
- Templates — the styles available when teammates create their cards.
- Branding — default logos, colors, and typography applied across all cards.
- All cards — every card across the org. Useful for audit and bulk action.
- Analytics — aggregated stats: views, taps, conversions.
- CRM — what happens when someone interacts with a card. By default, contact taps create or update an inquiry.
Tips
- Lock down branding at the org level. Individual cards should differ in content (the person), not in brand (the company).
- Watch the analytics tab quarterly. Cards with zero interactions are candidates to retire.
