The goals settings page is the admin lens on agent goals. It lives under settings rather than the goals dashboard so admins can manage them in the same place they manage other configuration.
What you can do here
- Create a goal — auto-seeds from a template you can adjust.
- Toggle a goal enabled or disabled without opening it.
- Edit thresholds in line on the threshold bar.
- Open a goal for the full editor.
How this differs from the goals dashboard
The goals dashboard is for working — sweeping, reviewing match volume, watching activity. This page is for configuration — turning goals on and off and adjusting thresholds in bulk.
Tips
- If you're touching multiple goals' thresholds in one sitting, do it here. You'll context-switch less than going through the dashboard for each.
- Disable a goal rather than deleting it when you want to pause. The history and threshold settings are preserved.
