The transfers page handles record ownership reassignment. When a member leaves, changes territories, or rotates teams, this is the page to use — instead of editing each record individually.
What you can do here
- Bulk offboard — pick a member, pick a destination owner, and reassign every record they own in one move.
- Cherry-pick — choose a subset (specific entity types, specific records) to transfer rather than all-or-nothing.
Tips
- Run transfers before removing the departing member from team and members. Otherwise records become unowned mid-transition.
- For territory rotations, cherry-pick by account or location filter rather than transferring everything.
- Activity history (calls, emails, notes) is always preserved through a transfer — only ownership changes.
