Mission Control is the single-screen overview for monitoring agent activity in real time. It packs telemetry, prioritized actions, and a running timeline into one view.
What's on the page
- Status telemetry panel — live indicators showing which retrieval modes are active (Structured, RAG, Mixed).
- Action dock — prioritized actions colored by urgency:
- Emergency (red) — needs attention now.
- Urgent (amber) — within the day.
- Routine (neutral) — when convenient.
- Timeline — chronological feed of recent agent activity.
- Segment tags — every item carries a segment (CRM, Ops, Billing) so you can scan the right slice quickly.
What you can do here
- Scan the action dock for items that need a decision.
- Dismiss alerts that don't apply.
- Click into an action to drill into the underlying record.
Tip
If Mission Control looks empty, it usually means agents aren't producing proposals — check the goals overview to confirm your goals are active and matching records.
