Story Timeline reframes agent activity as a narrative — events grouped by date, each with a label and an evidence excerpt. Use it to reconstruct what happened across a period.
What's on the page
- Time-range filter — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
- Scope filter — all, CRM, Ops, or Billing.
- Date-grouped feed — events grouped under their day, in order.
- Evidence excerpts — each event shows the underlying snippet (subject line, decision, condition that fired).
- Segment tags — colored chips so you can identify scope at a glance.
How to use it
- Pick the time range that matches the question. "What happened yesterday?" → 24h. "How did this account develop?" → 30d.
- Filter scope when noise from another segment is in the way.
- Click into an event to land on the underlying record (account, lead, opportunity) for full context.
Tip
Story Timeline is best for after-the-fact reconstruction — root cause, postmortem, "why did the agent do that?" For deciding the next action, use Action Console.
