The invoices page is the master list of every invoice in your workspace. Use it to send, track payment, and reconcile.
What you can do here
- Search and filter the list by status, contact, account, or date range.
- Configure columns so the fields your team works with are visible.
- Create an invoice with line items, tax, and payment terms.
- Open an invoice to send it, mark it paid, or void it.
Statuses
- Draft — being prepared; not visible to the customer.
- Sent — delivered to the contact, awaiting payment.
- Partial — partially paid.
- Paid — fully paid.
- Overdue — past due date with balance remaining.
- Void — cancelled and not collectible.
Permissions
Sending, voiding, and editing invoices each have their own permission gates. If a control is missing, your role doesn't have it — talk to an admin.
Tips
- Don't leave invoices in draft for long. Drafts forgotten in this list are revenue you haven't billed.
- Use void rather than deleting a sent invoice. Audit trail matters, especially for reporting and disputes.
