Activities overview

Triage the cross-CRM activity feed — calls, emails, meetings, tasks, notes, WhatsApp, and SMS.

The activities page is the firehose: every recorded touch across every account, contact, lead, and opportunity in your CRM. Use it for daily triage and to make sure nothing is slipping.

Activity types

  • Calls — inbound and outbound, with optional recordings and transcripts.
  • Emails — sends, replies, opens.
  • Meetings — scheduled or recorded meetings.
  • Tasks — assigned to-dos with due dates.
  • Notes — free-text context attached to a record.
  • WhatsApp and SMS — messaging conversations.

What you can do here

  • Filter by type to focus on just the channel you're working through (e.g. only emails today).
  • Filter by entity — see only activities tied to a particular account or contact.
  • Filter by status — hide completed tasks, surface open ones, etc.
  • Mark tasks complete inline.
  • Open an activity to see the full detail (read the email, listen to the call, view the transcript).
  • Create a new activity — log a call, schedule a task, or capture a note against the right record.

Tip

Use this page as your morning triage view: filter to the open tasks and inbound emails assigned to you, and clear them before opening any individual record.
