Leads pipeline

Work the leads kanban — drag cards between stages, switch to a list, and filter by pipeline.

The leads page is the kanban for in-flight pipeline. Each card is a deal you're working; columns are the stages you move it through.

What you can do here

  • Drag a card between columns to advance or move back a stage. The stage change is recorded on the lead's activity timeline.
  • Filter by pipeline if your team runs multiple pipelines (e.g. new-business vs renewals).
  • Switch to list view when you want to scan a lot of cards at once or export.
  • Create a lead with the new-lead button — it opens with the linked account and contact pre-fillable.

What's on a card

  • Deal name and dollar value.
  • Linked account and primary contact.
  • Stage badge and any pipeline-specific tags.

Tips

  • Treat the kanban as the operational source of truth for "where is this deal?" — if a stage change isn't reflected on the board, it didn't happen.
  • Don't park stale leads in the active pipeline. Move them to a closed-lost stage so the board reflects real work.
