Availability tells Vertiqa when you're open to meetings — every booking link you share respects these rules so you never get booked outside the hours you actually work.
What you can configure
- Timezone — all rules and offered slots are interpreted in this timezone.
- Weekly rules — for each day of the week, set one or more time ranges (e.g. Mon-Fri 9–12 and 1–5). Days with no rules are unavailable.
- Meeting duration — choose from 15m, 30m, 45m, 60m, 90m, or 2h. Booking links offer slots in this length.
- Buffer times — pre-meeting and post-meeting buffers. Useful for prep time and to keep back-to-back meetings off the calendar.
- Enable/disable — flip the master toggle off when you're traveling or out, without losing your rules.
Tips
- Buffers are easy to forget about. If you keep getting booked into back-to-back meetings, add a 15-minute post-buffer.
- Rules are your available hours, not a working calendar. Existing meetings on your calendar still block their times automatically.
- Disabling availability instantly closes every booking link that depends on it. Use this when you're out instead of revoking links.
