Generate with AI creates a Pipeline Pack draft from a short business description. The result is never published automatically. It opens in the same builder used for custom and template-prefilled drafts, where you can review, edit, discard, or publish.
How to use it
- Open Settings > Pipelines.
- Choose Opportunities.
- Select Generate with AI.
- Describe the business process you want to track.
- Wait for the run to finish, cancel if needed, or follow the fallback draft if generation cannot complete.
- Review the draft in the builder before publishing.
Run outcomes
- Ready — the draft is available and opens in the builder.
- Queued or running — Vertiqa is generating the draft.
- Fallback — AI did not complete, so Vertiqa created a starter draft you can edit.
- Refused — the prompt was outside the supported business pipeline scope.
- Quota reached — the daily generation limit has been used.
Governance
AI generation uses the Agent Library runtime and Kernel AI draft contracts. Quotas, status, cancel, fallback, refusal, audit logging, and error handling are part of the governed lifecycle. The Python runtime does not write business data directly, and the frontend reviews drafts through Kernel APIs.
Tips
- Use one or two concrete sentences about the work you sell or deliver.
- Mention the major stages you already use if they matter.
- Treat generated fields and vocabulary as a first draft, not final operating policy.
