The Pipeline Gallery is the fastest way to add a proven opportunity pipeline. Templates are organized by business category and show the audience, stages, fields, setup time, and whether the template is already installed.
What you can do
- Filter by category to find templates for the motion you are setting up.
- Open a template preview to inspect stages, custom fields, vocabulary, workflows, and what is not included.
- Install a template directly when it fits.
- Customize first to turn the template into a draft before it becomes live.
- View Pack when a template has already been installed.
Preview details
Each template preview shows:
- Stages — the pipeline path and won/lost semantics.
- Custom fields — fields added by the pack.
- Vocabulary — how labels change inside the pipeline.
- Workflows — allowed workflow definitions included with the pack.
- Not included — explicit boundaries, such as no autonomous external send or marketplace sharing.
Install behavior
Installing a template creates a live pipeline through the Kernel Pipeline Pack lifecycle. If this is your first opportunity pack, the install dialog can set it as the default. If the same template is already installed, the preview swaps install actions for View Pack.
