The Pipeline Pack builder is the Full-mode workspace for creating an opportunity pack before it becomes live. You can start from scratch, customize a gallery template, or review an AI-generated draft.
Builder tabs
- Stages — name the pack, add stages, reorder them, set probabilities, and mark won or lost outcomes.
- Fields — add custom fields, choose field types, define select options, and attach required fields to stages.
- Vocabulary — adjust labels that should match your business language.
- Navigation — decide how the pipeline appears in the app.
- Review — resolve validation issues and publish a saved draft.
Draft lifecycle
Drafts are explicit. Save your work before navigating away or publishing. Saved drafts can be resumed from the Pipelines page. Inactive drafts can expire, and expired drafts remain visible as read-only records instead of silently disappearing.
Publishing runs through the governed Kernel lifecycle. It creates or updates the live pipeline, preserves provenance for gallery-derived drafts, and redirects to the pipeline detail page after success.
What the builder does not do
- It does not author arbitrary workflows inside the builder.
- It does not publish directly from AI output without review.
- It does not create Simple-mode-only pipeline data.
- It does not send anything to customers automatically.
